Another idea to add some basic structure to your conversation without using a formal curriculum could be to have four questions that you ask each time you get together.  Here are some questions that you might want to choose from:
Sample Accountability Questions:
  1. Are you finding consistency in your daily time with God?
  2. What are you learning about God? And yourself?
  3. What steps of faith are you taking in obedience to Christ?
  4. Are there areas of your life that are hindering spiritual growth?
  5. Where are you growing in the fruit of the Spirit?
  6. Have you been faithful in your church attendance and participation?
  7. How are you making your family a priority in your life?
  8. What temptations are you facing?
  9. Are you enjoying time with God in prayer?
  10. Is there anything you need to surrender to God?
  11. Have your words and attitude reflected Christ this week?
