Fall Youth Retreat

20th Annual Fall Youth Retreat: October 21-23, 2022.

21st Annual Youth Fall Retreat


When: October 20-22. 

Who: 6th grade through 12th grade

Where: Phantom Ranch in Mukwonago, Wisconsin.

Cost: $145


Parents, please register your students online no later than Wednesday October 18. Release form, paintball permission form and trail ride permission form would also need to be turned in at this time.


Cost includes food and lodging from Friday night through Sunday afternoon. We will be returning between 2-3 PM on Sunday afternoon at the church. Students will need to eat dinner before they leave on Friday or bring some food with them to eat in the church foyer while we are waiting for students to arrive.


Students need to be at the church by 5:00 PM Friday evening. We will be carpooling from the church parking lot. In between session times the students will have plenty of time to do the fun activities listed below. Most are free but some do have an extra charge. Students may also want to bring extra $$ for snacks that they can purchase at the Canteen. Students would also need to bring a sleeping bag or blanket, pillow, towel, and their bibles.


Free Activities:

Fishing, GaGa Ball, TetherBall, Volleyball, Basketball, Ping-Pong, Horseshoes, Nature Trail, Game Room, and Carpet Ball and many others.


Other Activities:


Rock Climbing Wall


Paintball Range: For those students wanting to do paintball, there is a second form they will have to fill out. Also available on the youth web site. Cost: $15-$20 should cover everything they need for our paintball session.


Horseback Riding: Cost is $20.00 per ride.

Archery: $15 per hour

Tomahawks: $15 per hour

Rock Climbing Wall $5 per hour
